We collaborated with AÇEV to evaluate two transformative initiatives. These projects aim to empower women in the textile sector and foster gender equality by implementing innovative programs and creating supportive workplace environments. Working closely with AÇEV our team provided monitoring, evaluation, and analysis services to measure the impact and success of these initiatives.

We managed and analyzed quantitative and qualitative data for around 700 seminar participants and 30 workshop attendees, focusing on indicators like literacy, numerical skills, and gender equality awareness. We evaluated training content and trainer performance through feedback and observation, providing insights through statistical analyses and cross-tabulations. Additionally, we prepared two evaluation reports, assessing program design, implementation, and outcomes, with recommendations to improve sustainability, expand impact, and support future decision-making.
- Data entry for approximately 700 participants in the seminars and 30 participants in the workshops, including analysis of pre/post-tests and demographic data.
- Conducted advanced statistical analyses on key indicators such as literacy levels, numerical skills, gender equality awareness, and program attendance.
