About the project
TANDANS Consulting is engaged by WyG Turkey Consulting to conduct qualitative and quantitative research on Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (SMEs) and related governmental bodies in four provinces of TR33, which include Manisa, Afyon, Kutahya, and Usak. The primary objective of this project is to analyze and provide insights into emerging sectors in the region in the medium and long term. Types of Services Provided
TANDANS Consulting’s comprehensive involvement in this project is instrumental in providing regional authorities and SMEs with valuable insights into emerging sectors and labor force needs. The project aims to facilitate informed decision-making and effective workforce planning to support the region’s economic development and growth.
Determining research methodologies suitable for data collection from 750 SMEs and approximately 5000 employees in the four provinces.
Conducting four Focus Group Discussions and 20 in-depth interviews with key decision-makers in the four provinces, providing qualitative insights.
Preparing questionnaires tailored for gathering information from SMEs, employers, employees, and public authorities and institutions. TANDANS carried out two types of surveys; the first survey covers SMEs’ employers and employees, and the second survey focuses on officials of public authorities and institutions directly related to the Project.
