The overall objective of the consultancy assignment is to support ANAGOLD mine to establish Social Development Fund (SDF) as a key element for the new External Affairs (EA) strategy for the purposes of coordination, implementation, and management of social and community development initiatives in the communities surrounding the Copler mine. It is expected that SDF will provide a mechanism for establishing partnerships with 3rd party development specialists, and relevant government agencies to support (where appropriate) the social and community development initiatives which will be targeted by the SDF.
