About the project
We are engaged in the evaluation of two key projects implemented by Agence Française de Développement (AFD) and Türkiye Sinai Kalkınma Bankası (TSKB), dedicated to promoting gender equality and improving occupational health and safety (OHS) in Türkiye with extensive experience in evaluation design, data collection, and analysis, we bring a gender-sensitive approach to assess project outcomes and impacts.

Types of Services Provided
The projects aim to support Türkiye towards a more inclusive development and economic activity that respect professional equality between women and men, by raising awareness and providing access to finance for companies wishing to engage in gender equality and to increase female employment in their workplaces (i.e. improving access and maintaining women in decent jobs).
- Created a robust evaluation framework and indicators tailored to assess the gender-related impacts and outcomes of the projects.
- Prepared question guidelines based on matrix
- Conducted survey with 40 beneficiary companies
- Conducted more than 30 in-depth interviews and focus group discussions with key stakeholders, client beneficiaries (companies), and end-beneficiaries (workers)
- Analysed qualitative and quantitative data to derive insights into the projects’ impacts on gender equality, workplace practices, and sustainability.
- Prepared to the evaluation report by synthesizing findings, providing evidence-based conclusions, and offering actionable recommendations for future collaborations between AFD and TSKB.
