The IPA Bulgaria-Turkey Programme is designed in the framework of the European strategy for smart, inclusive, and sustainable growth and the relevant national strategic documents. The program is co-funded by the European Union. A socio-economic analysis was carried out covering Edirne and Kırklareli provinces. In this study; 15 in-depth interviews were held with experts in the field, academicians, and public officials from various institutions, which particularly includes the governorship and municipalities. The field survey conducted between July 28 and August 2, 2019, includes in-depth interviews and focus group meetings.
