Oğuzhan Akyıldırım is a master statistician with more than 25 years of sound experience. He gained his seniority in research expertise at the Turkish Statistical Institute between 1992 and 2006. Mr Akyıldırım has more than 15 years of international experience in mixed (quantitative and qualitative) research, Araştırma building, needs and gap assessments, and monitoring and evaluation assignments in over 40 countries. Oğuzhan has strong technical knowledge of research design and implementation including sampling, tools development, administration of data collection, data processing and analizi, reporting, quality control and dissemination. Besides his experience in socio-economic research design and capacity-building activities, Oğuzhan has more than 15 years of experience in Program design, evidence-based monitoring, evaluation and learning (MEL) and gap, needs, and regulatory and social impact assessments. He has proven experiences where he has worked across a number of countries and sectors by collecting primary data from various vulnerable groups. Oğuzhan holds a BA and MSc in statistics from Middle East Technical University.
