TANDANS Data Science Consulting is sub-contracted by SIHHAT Project to conduct a Training Needs Analysis for Health Staff in provinces of Syrian refugees densely lives. The overall objective is to improve healthcare services for Syrian refugees.

Types of Services Provided
TANDANS team conducted a face-to-face surveys with health personnel to develop a content for training with the aim of increasing the quality of health services for Syrian refugees. The output was a TNA report.
TANDANS conducted extensive data collection through face-to-face interviews with health staff and Key Informant Interviews. The data collected forms the basis for in-depth analysis. This TNA study was conducted in seven strategically selected provinces in Turkey, namely Istanbul, Izmir, Sanliurfa, Gaziantep, Adana, Hatay, and Samsun. The study encompassed 500 face-to-face interviews with health staff and included five Key Informant Interviews in Izmir.
TANDANS compiles research findings into a comprehensive TNA report that provides insights into the specific training needs of health staff. This report serves as a valuable resource for stakeholders seeking to enhance healthcare services for Syrian refugees.
