Conducting a thorough SWOT (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats) analysis to assess the sector’s current state and potential for growth.
Designing surveys and data collection tools tailored to each sector’s unique requirements. Engaging with stakeholders to collect valuable insights and feedback that inform the sector studies. Overseeing the execution of surveys, ensuring they are conducted effectively and in line with project objectives.
Managing data processing activities and conducting in-depth analysis to derive meaningful conclusions. Compiling the results and insights into comprehensive reports for dissemination.
